Birth Day Post #1

Breakfast:

Oatmeal Squares with frozen blueberries

4 loads of laundry to curse

3 kids ready for school

1 call from the hospital (be here at 9:00) -- they had a bed for me to labor in. Yahoo

Lunch:

 

Pitocin

 

Epidural

3-4 centimeters dialation

A baby's hand! This is a new one for us. His little hand was reaching out? grabbing onto the nurse's fingers when she checked my progress. Dr. L did a "reduction" to help it slide back into position for a proper entrance.

 

Mid Afternoon Snack:

 

The clouds have left the mountains and the view is beautiful. I'm at a 5 now so it shouldn't be long. What a great day to be having a baby. We'll show him off as soon as he gets here, hopefully for dinner.
